Tarifas en d\u00f3lares: Todas las tarifas est\u00e1n expresadas en d\u00f3lares americanos e incluyen impuestos y tasas aplicables a turistas extranjeros. (*) Confirmaci\u00f3n de reserva:\u00a0 Una vez que recibamos su informaci\u00f3n personal y el pago del 50% por los servicios solicitados, le enviaremos un correo electr\u00f3nico en las siguientes 24 y 48 horas con la Ficha de Confirmaci\u00f3n (este documento incluir\u00e1 todos los detalles del servicio contratado). Sobre los tours del CAMINO INCA y caminatas alternativas RESERVACIONES: Las reservas para el Camino Inca o cualquier otro de aventura \u00fanicamente se realizan con el pago del 100% de esta. MODIFICACIONES: Los cambios de fecha, de titularidad, de ruta y otros concernientes al Camino Inca, no son factibles y tampoco son reembolsables en ninguna forma. CANCELACIONES: Las cancelaciones en servicios del Camino Inca tienen una penalidad del 100% del costo del servicio. NO SHOWS: En caso de que los clientes no se presenten para la realizaci\u00f3n del Camino Inca u otro tour de aventura, no se har\u00e1 ning\u00fan reembolso consider\u00e1ndose \u00e9ste un NO SHOW 7. Cancelaciones o anulaciones por parte del cliente En caso de solicitar la cancelaci\u00f3n de cualquier servicio hasta 30 d\u00edas antes del inicio del tour, se proceder\u00e1 a un reembolso del 50% del pago inicial. Por ende, de solicitarse una devoluci\u00f3n 29 o menos d\u00edas, antes del inicio del tour contratado, NO procede ning\u00fan tipo de devoluci\u00f3n o reembolso. Los siguientes servicios: El Camino Inca u otro tour de aventura similar, los boletos a\u00e9reos y\/o boletos de tren, no aplican a cancelaci\u00f3n o reembolso alguno. 8. Responsabilidades del Pasajero o Cliente Es responsabilidad del pasajero proporcionar informaci\u00f3n fidedigna con la finalidad de proceder con las reservas. Es obligatorio que el cliente traiga consigo el pasaporte vigente o documento de viaje con el que realiz\u00f3 la reserva. Para los casos de tours de caminata y\/o aventura, es imprescindible que los clientes mayores a 65 a\u00f1os cuenten con un certificado m\u00e9dico de buena salud. Es altamente recomendable contar con un seguro de viajes\u00a0antes de la salida de su pa\u00eds. Consultar con su agente. 9. Criterios para suspender la actividad y\/o servicio Los siguientes son los criterios para suspender la actividad en los servicios contratados: Problemas sociales (paros, huelgas). Condiciones de salud no aptas por parte del pasajero. Condiciones por ingesta de alcohol y\/o sustancias t\u00f3xicas. Zona de emergencia decretada por el estado u \u00f3rgano competente. Acuerdo mutuo con el cliente. Abandono del grupo por parte del cliente. Desastres naturales. Si el pasajero presenta los siguientes signos: embriaguez, uso de sustancias t\u00f3xicas, des\u00f3rdenes mentales. Por medidas de seguridad, nos reservamos el derecho de suspender el servicio contratado. En caso de que el cliente incumpla con el itinerario establecido y \u00e9ste ocasione retrasos, p\u00e9rdidas u otros inconvenientes, el cliente se har\u00e1 responsable de los mismos\u2026. NO habr\u00e1 posibilidad de reembolso cuando los servicios se encuentren en pleno desarrollo y de forma regular, y el cliente, por voluntad propia, decida no continuar con los mismos. Si el pasajero viene con menores de edad, tendr\u00e1 que presentar los documentos necesarios del menor (DNI o Pasaporte del menor, DNI o pasaporte del padre o madre).
